We all have a need to eat, to clothe each other and live inside a tranquil and peaceful place. Why the need for art therapy? Art therapy is essential when facing our emotions, dealing with our everyday schedule and stress, making life decisions and discovering new ways of developing human intelligence. My speciality in art therapy is through techniques of dancing, acting, text work, voice work, movement and articulation which enables our psychism. Our minds are connected to our emotions. The difference between a psychologist and an art therapist is firstly our level of education in psychology and our approach to our clients. 

As an art therapist, my techniques are vast in developing a method that works for each individual or group of people.
